Making a new pick-up delivery reservation
To make a pick-up and delivery service, please follow the steps below:
- Fill the details
On Pressto.id homepage, please fill your desired details, such as area, type of pick-up service (instant or regular), desired pick-up date and range of time, then click BOOK A PICK-UP button to proceed.
- Pick the laundry item
Afterwards, you will be directed to Laundry Item Selection page where you can pick the item(s) you want us to clean it for you. You may choose any item in any category as well as number of item per item type within one reservation form, and there is no minimum or maximum limit. Once you are done, please click NEXT button to proceed to payment option.
- Payment option
Once you double-check your details and amount of transaction, you may proceed the payment, either Pay Now with credit card or bank transfer or Pay Later with our Cash on Delivery option.
We will send a reservation confirmation via e-mail. Please note that we may contact you by phone to confirm your pick-up and delivery schedule at least 2 hours before your desired schedule.
We offer you 2 (two) pick-up service options which you may select when making reservation as followed:
This service allows you to ask for a fast pick-up service of your laundry item(s) by our appointed transportation partner. This service will charge for a transportation fee according to the distance.
This service allows you to ask for a pick-up service of your laundry item(s) on your preferred date and time. This service is free of charge when your reservation value reaches at least Rp. 250,000. However, if your reservation value is less than the minimum value, you are still able to request for a regular pick-up with a charge of round-trip transportation fee of Rp. 50,000.

Please note that our instant pick-up will charge you an extra fee according to distance, but our delivery service will remain free of charge.
Our website is available 24/7. However, our pick-up and delivery service schedule is based on our operational hours. Our smart system will notify you whether you are able to select a certain date or time for the service.
To be eligible for free pick-up and delivery service, your reservation value should reach at least Rp. 250,000 in one reservation. However, you are still able to reserve pick-up and delivery service below the minimum value with a charge of round-trip transportation fee of Rp. 50,000.
Yes, it is possible. You may add any item to your basket. However, the lead time of cleaning process may vary for each item you add. We will deliver your laundry back to you according to the longest lead time. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
The lead time of cleaning process varies from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the laundry item. The standard cleaning lead time is 2-3 days for clothes and linen and 1-2 weeks for shoes and bags. You will be notified by SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or direct call for the lead time details once we receive your laundry item(s).
We regret to inform you that we don’t offer express laundry service via website. If you wish to get our express laundry service with one-day lead time, please visit our Cikini outlet.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains considering there are several types of stains that cannot be removed to the maximum as it may damage the laundry items. You will be notified for the item condition details as stated above through but not limited to email, direct call, WhatsApp messenger, SMS, etc. We will place stain tags on the laundry items in the event of irremovable or non-cleanable stains for your information. However, we may offer a repetition process (“Re-Process”) upon your approval.
You may request us to do a Re-Process at the latest 1 x 24-hour after delivery of the laundry items with the following conditions:
- The items are in good packing complete with its hanger if hanged or plastic cover if folded and tagging (attached on the laundry item);
- Completed with original invoice; and
- Risk of Re-process activity will be Customer responsibility.
Please note that we are not responsible for shrinkage, fading or color dilution, or damage resulting from the quality of materials/goods that are less good or obsolete due to usage. Please contact our Customer Service for more details.
We are only liable for damage to or loss of the laundry items during the performance of the services, and in that event, we may compensate you for lost or damaged items maximum amounting to 10 (ten) times of the service’s price of the affected items.
You must notify us within 1 x 24-hours of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
We will send a notification to you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or direct call once your laundry is ready to deliver. Our Customer Service will contact you through mentioned channels to confirm about the delivery schedule 2 (two) hours prior to delivery schedule.
We give the decision to you whether you want your clothes to be fold or placed it on a hanger. Please mention it on the additional note box.
Pick-up and Delivery Process
You are eligible to propose a reschedule for a pick-up and/or delivery service by giving a notification to our Customer Service through but not limited to email, direct call, WhatsApp messenger, SMS, etc. at least 12 (twelve) hours prior to the reserved schedule.
We understand that the lead time of laundry process may vary, but we suggest you to make a separate reservation for the items which require longer lead time (i.e. shoes, bags, etc.)

Please note that there is no refund given for any reservation cancelation. If you wish to review or adjust your reservation, please contact our Customer Service.
Payment and Refund
We currently offer 3 (three) types of payment which you can choose when making a reservation at your convenience.
- Credit Card/Debit Card
We recommend this type of payment for your ultimate convenience. Simply pay with your credit card or debit card for your transaction with us to avoid any hustle.
- Bank Transfer
When choosing this payment, you will be informed about our bank details for your transaction payment. You need to attach the transfer receipt before confirming the reservation. You will receive the confirmation email once we acknowledge your payment within 24 hours.
- Cash on Delivery
You are able to pay with Cash on Delivery option for the transaction less than Rp. 500,000. Please be present and prepare your payment prior to your delivery schedule.
Yes. Our payment gateway partner has a technology to secure your online transaction. Please note that your card details are for one-time use only and will not be saved for further transaction(s).
In case of cancellation or other cases, we will refund the value of the reservation or specific item you within 2 (two) days with prior notification or upon item delivery. If paying with credit card, the refund will be returned within 7 (seven) working days after the confirmed cancelation or depending on the regulations of credit card companies. We reserve the right to determine the refund method, either giving directly to the you upon the delivery or return or through credit card.
