Reservation Executive

With this role, you will play an important part in managing the online pick-up and delivery service reservations as well as handling the customers’ feedbacks. This will include providing excellent support to our customers and be “the ear and mouth” of Pressto. You will report directly to Marketing Manager and work closely with other teams in an exciting and dynamic environment.

What you will do

  • You will check, confirm, review and manage online reservation from website
  • You will manage and organize pick-up and laundry delivery schedule
  • You will be responsible to respond customer inquiries through several platform
  • You will handle quality issues highlighted by customers through several platform
  • You will perform regular customer satisfactory survey through several platform
  • You will submit weekly online reservation performance report

What you must have

  • You are passionate, simple, goal oriented, embrace change and flexible as well as pursuit of continuous learning.
  • You must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing / Commerce / Communications / Hotel Management and/or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field with proven track record
  • If you have working experience in ecommerce / hospitality / service industry, it is a plus point for you
  • You understand and familiar with our industry’s market and business
  • You are able to communicate in English and Indonesian both oral and written
  • You have an excellent communication skills and complain handling
  • You are well-organized and detail-oriented person
  • You are able to work independently as well as in a team and self-motivated
